If you have a large file, greater than 20Mb, that you would like to submit as a portion of your support ticket you can do this via our online dropbox location. Submit your ticket first, and simply note that a follow-up file will be sent.
Then navigate to our HighTail Dropbox to submit your file. In the subject of your submission please include a reference to your ticket number for better tracking. We can accept files up to 2Gb in size via this site.
